These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the okwn platform. By accessing or using okwn, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and okwn ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the okwn online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://okwn.bet and its associated domains and subdomains. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device, browser, or access method used.
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or using any feature of okwn in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. okwn reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following notice of any change constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Definitions
The following terms have specific meanings throughout this Agreement:
"Account": The registered player account created by completing the okwn registration process, identified by the player's registered Bangladeshi mobile number.
"Balance": The total funds held in a player's okwn account wallet at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds separately tracked according to applicable bonus terms.
"Platform": The okwn website, mobile browser interface, any associated applications, APIs, and all services, features, and content made available therein.
"Wager": Any bet, stake, or entry of real-money or bonus funds into a game, sporting event market, or other wagering product offered on the Platform.
"Bonus Funds": Promotional credits awarded to a player's account under specific bonus terms. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
3. Eligibility and Registration
Clause 3.1
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use the Platform in any capacity. By registering, you warrant that you are aged 21 or above. okwn reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any account holder at any time. Where age verification is requested and not satisfactorily provided within the specified timeframe, the account will be suspended and any balance held pending verification or returned to the funding source in accordance with applicable procedures.
Clause 3.2
One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, okwn reserves the right to void all wagers placed across those accounts, forfeit all balances, and permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice or obligation to provide explanation.

Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. okwn reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming account information at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent closure.
4. Account Security and Responsibility
Clause 4.1
Credential Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. okwn will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone call. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.
Clause 4.2
Account Suspension and Closure
okwn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) account use by a person under 21 years of age; (d) multiple account operation; (e) collusion with other players; (f) use of automated betting software, bots, or other prohibited tools; or (g) any other conduct that okwn determines to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform or fair play principles.
Clause 4.3
Account Verification (KYC)
okwn may at any time request that an account holder complete an identity verification (KYC) process. KYC may require submission of a national identity document, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in the verification request may be suspended. Documents submitted for KYC are held securely in accordance with okwn's Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the okwn Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:
Clause 5.1
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit on okwn is ৳200. Deposits are accepted exclusively through approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods listed in the cashier at the time of deposit. okwn does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or third-party payment accounts not registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits are credited to the account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt by okwn's payment system.
Clause 5.2
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to any applicable KYC requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated. okwn will process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe communicated in the cashier section; actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the recipient payment provider. okwn reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation where fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.

Currency and Fees
All account balances, wagers, bonuses, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okwn does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, the player's payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside okwn's control and are the player's sole responsibility. Any currency conversion cost arising from international card transactions is similarly outside okwn's control.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
okwn offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Clause 6.1
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be converted to a withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in the individual bonus terms published at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the account. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus balance.
Clause 6.2
Bonus Abuse
okwn reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close an account where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus offer more than once; placing opposing wagers on the same event across multiple accounts or in collusion with other players to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements; using bonus funds in a manner that okwn determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play
Players are required to use the Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with fair play principles. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Fraudulent Activity
Any use of stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials; any attempt to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate transaction; any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through technical interference, software exploitation, or any other means; and any use of artificial intelligence, automated scripts, betting bots, or similar tools to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
Clause 7.2
Collusion
Any arrangement, agreement, or coordinated action between two or more players designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, match-fixing in sports betting markets, and coordinated exploitation of bonus offers — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
Clause 7.3
Prohibited Software
The use of any software, script, algorithm, bot, or automated tool that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for normal human play is strictly prohibited. This includes automated bet placement tools, odds comparison scrapers that interact with the Platform's systems, session management scripts, and any software designed to modify or intercept Platform communications. Detection of prohibited software will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, including real-money and bonus balances.
8. Responsible Gaming
okwn is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limit settings and self-exclusion options. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to contact support for assistance. okwn takes problem gambling seriously and will cooperate fully with any responsible gaming support process a player initiates.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okwn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. okwn's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okwn does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the Platform. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, network disruptions, or events outside okwn's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. okwn will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance but accepts no liability for losses arising from any period of Platform unavailability.
10. Changes to These Terms
okwn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okwn will provide reasonable notice to registered players through the Platform or via communication to the player's registered contact details. The updated Terms will be published at https://okwn.bet/terms-conditions with a revised "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which okwn operates. In the event of a dispute between a player and okwn, the player is encouraged to first contact okwn's support team to seek resolution informally. okwn will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith and in a timely manner. Nothing in these Terms limits a player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
